DEADLINE NEARING SOON, Updated Information:
As this is the Fortieth Anniversary of the School, we thought a really great
alumni exhibit and monograph would be a perfect complement to the other
celebrations we have planned.
In order to share the very best of our alumni work, we would like to invite
you to submit up to three of your projects for consideration. Submit your
work by February 28, 2009, to SARUP40@gmail.com.
Follow these guidelines when submitting photographs and/or drawings of
your project(s):

Can multiple alumni be included in one submission?
Yes. If you worked on your project with other alumni you can all submit the
project together as a team. Do not have each alumni submit the same project
individually.
Can we submit work as a firm?
Yes. If you have numerous projects within your firm that were completed by
numerous alumni, feel free to work as a group and submit multiple projects
for review. This, however, does not guarantee that all projects will be
selected for the gallery.
When will I find out if my work was selected?
The jury will take place this March. Those alumni whose work has been chosen
for the gallery will be notified via email in mid-March.
What happens if my work is selected?
If selected for the gallery you will be provided final submission
guidelines. A final board will need to be produced (with standards provided
by the Gallery Committee). All final boards will be submitted electronically
and printed by SARUP. Physical models are welcome to be included with your
final submission. Directions to submit these will be in the final submission
guidelines.
Thank you for your submission. Please call or email if you have any other
questions.
It is the intention of the Alumni Exhibit and Monograph Committee (Joseph
Lawton, Eric Ponto, Jim Shields, Jeff Piette and John Holz) to assemble a

at the School and travel to several exhibition sites. There will be an
accompanying monograph for broader distribution.
