MISSION: The program welcomes students and mentors from all experience
levels, and strives to pair students and mentors to closely match their
needs and interests. The benefits are immeasurable for everyone involved. A
large time commitment is not required, but dedication is essential in order
to establish a successful mentoring relationship.
It is expected that the student and mentors establish a relationship
that benefits both participants. It is essential that the pair outline
their goals, responsibilities, roles, and expectations necessary to
foster a solid relationship.
