The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee offers a wide variety of professional and research opportunities. As a major research university, it has a student population of 22,000 from all 50 states and numerous foreign countries, over 120 degree programs including 60 graduate degrees, and many centers and institutes devoted to urban and environmental research. UWM takes great pride in its distinguished faculty, well equipped research facilities, library, quality graduate instruction, and research opportunities.
