This workshop introduces methods for monitoring and evaluating the expenditure of public monies, and for tracking major public projects and programs. Practical, realistic case examples and discussion are the basis for this session.
  You will learn to:
  • Understand the details involved in managing the financial aspects of public sector activities and projects.
  • Evaluate the financial condition of a government program already underway.
  • Track the financial details of a governmental project throughout its existence.
