  Passenger Assistance: Certification For Trainers  
The Passenger Assistance course is for drivers, trainers and managers, whether new or experienced in training.

The course is designed to help you:

- Increase knowledge of ADA guidelines as they apply to the job
- Sharpen skills to assist passengers
- Acquire tools for evaluating and assessing on-the-job performance
- Design training programs
- Become proficient at lift operations, wheelchair securement, and passenger restraint systems
- Develop self-confidence as a trainer
