	Diversity Awareness
	Increase your understanding of diversity, and begin the process for productive dialogue and collaboration. Special emphasis is placed on providing the skills and competencies you need for working with multicultural, inclusive teams.
	You will learn to: Identify bias, prejudice and stereotypes Build and support diverse work teams Recognize how exclusive behavior distracts organizations from being successful Understand diversity issues at the individual level: race, gender, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, thinking styles and other workplace differences
