| The field of public transportation includes a diverse number of concepts and resources. In order to fully understand the impact that public transportation has on the way that individuals live, work, and play, one must be familiar with topics ranging from fiscal management to infrastructure planning. This course, designed in partnership with the Multi-State Transportation Assistance Program (MTAP), provides a broad overview of many aspects of the industry and serves as a good introduction or refresher for any individual involved in the provision of public transportation. This course is designed for all individuals either interested in or involved in the provision of public transportation. Specifically, transit system employees, state transportation officials and municipal planning officials benefit from this workshop.
