  Analyzing an Affirmative Action Plan  
Get an in-depth analysis of an affirmative action plan. Examine equal employment opportunity needs, including the legal framework, the design of an affirmative action program and the program's defense. A sample AAP is included in the course notebook.

  • Develop the basics of the affirmative action program
  • Handle the compliance review
  • Modify and implement the language of an affirmative action Plan
  • Analyze logs and prepare the impact ratio analysis
