	Contracts and Vendor Management
	This course reviews steps associated with identifying work that should be done external to the project, and corresponding steps to selecting and developing a contract with the seller. Analysis of which type of contract to use also is reviewed. At the end of this course you are able to interpret, evaluate and administer contracts throughout the Project Management Life Cycle.
	Requirements Project Management Foundations or experience working as a project manager (not a project lead or team member).
