	Relationships at work are numerous, complex and sometimes difficult. To build and sustain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, team members and across generations, you need multiple approaches based on a solid understanding of human psychology. Learn strategies for team building, facilitating difficult meetings, motivating different generations and handling unhappy customers. 	You will learn to: Recognize the importance of and methods for creating interpersonal trust. Facilitate difficult meetings and group decision making. Employ an effective process for handling upset customers. Utilize multiple approaches to build strong teams. Interrupt emotional reactions to challenging communication.
