  Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control  
Quality plays an integral role in all aspects of project management, starting with the project charter.

This course takes you through each phase of the project management life cycle to address critical issues such as:
-The project's goal and objectives.
-The roles and responsibilities for quality control and quality assurance.
-Determining relevant quality standards, targets and measurements.

Learn how to integrate concepts, tools, and methods of quality throughout each part of your project through small group activities, case studies and individual practice.
