  MS Project for Project Managers - Advanced  
Using the MS Project software tool, this session provides participants with an opportunity to understand:
- The role of project management documentation, to leverage team knowledge and experience
- How to leverage MS Project® standards
- Contour resources to control effort and costs
- How to level resources to optimize the schedule
- Reconciling the actual progress to date
- Customizing the reports, tables and views to meet stakeholder needs

The session also provides a set of project management terms of reference and discussions of critical concepts which relate to estimates, costs, and schedules of tasks, resources and dollars.

An understanding of the basics of MS Project and Project Management is required for this course.
