	College for Kids/College for Teens
	Looking to keep the kids busy over summer? Want to keep their learning processes sharp? Let them have fun while doing both through College for Kids (CFK) and College for Teens (CFT)! From creative arts and chemistry, to designing computer games, CFK (K5-8) and CFT (9-12) keeps young minds learning and piques kids' interests until the next school year. More ▼ Registration for summer 2013 begins January 15, so mark your calendar now. If you have participated in the past three years, you will automatically receive a copy of the catalog. UWM College for Kids/Teens is one of the great programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education! We attract more than 2,000 students annually, and over the years, more than 60,000 students have participated in exciting hands-on learning opportunities in math, science, fine arts and humanities. Our classes are taught by UWM faculty and other specially selected teachers. Classes, limited to 16 students, are for children entering 5-K through 12th grade in the fall. Kindergartners must be five-years-old and must have had prior five-days/week school experience. Classes are held on the UWM campus, unless otherwise noted. Summer classes meet Monday through Friday for one or two weeks. Our summer programs run from mid-June to early August. College for Kids/Teens Summer 2013 Office
will be located in the Union, Rooom 143
Our summer office will be located in the Student Union, 2200 E Kenwood Blvd., room 143. We can be reached by phone (414) 229-6364. We will be at this location from June 1 - Aug. 15, 2013.

Scholarships
We will begin accepting scholarship applications for summer 2013 on Jan. 1st. There is limited funding, so get your scholarship packet sent in early. "Needs based" scholarship recipients will be notified the first week of May. Others will be notified as soon as we are able to review them. Your packet will not be complete until all forms are filled out correctly and all documents are sent in. Please do not fax in DPI application. We need the original paperwork.
