Mr. Fisher is a wastewater senior technologist with 21 years experience at CH2M HILL specializing in treatment processes for municipal wastewater, CSO, industrial wastewater and contaminated groundwater. He has significant experience with process selection; capacity evaluation and design using steady state and dynamic modeling, stress testing and bench scale testing; detail process and mechanical design; construction inspection; and facility startup and operation. As a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his Master's research was on physical/chemical phosphorus removal with the primary emphasis on better understanding the mechanisms and factors important to the design of phosphorus removal systems at wastewater treatment plants. During his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois, he worked as a research aide to graduate students on bench-scale studies of a biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal system.
