Owner
Next Step Goals, LLC

Julie O'Keeffe Henszey is a small business and personal performance coach and founder of Next Step Goals, a leading coaching practice in the Milwaukee area. She is widely recognized as an expert in personal empowerment. Her solo travel to Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and a goal to complete 100 triathlons demonstrate her commitment to growth as she helps others explore their own potential. Julie is credentialed through the International Coach Federation, has worked as a faculty member at Marquette University for 14 years, and has lived in Norway, Iceland, and Australia. She is the author of "Ten Critical Strategies for Finding Fulfillment in a Hectic World" and in addition to coaching, offers two backpacking trips to the Grand Canyon each year to unplug from the stress of daily life.
