Based on the above research and years of experience, we provide technical assistance for organizations and youth workers. Dozens of agencies have utilized this service to improve their programs and practices for youth and youth workers. Curriculum development, supervision, teamwork, relationship building, staff development, recreation activities, conflict resolution, and the design and implementation of learning and therapeutic environments are a few of the areas in which we work with organizations. We are also partners in the statewide effort to develop Youth Development Practitioner Apprenticeships.
