Caroline Joyce is the Director of WATER Education. She is a known leader in science education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and nationally. Her work includes 17 years leadership of UWM's JASON Project and seven years working with the National Ocean Science Bowl's Lake Sturgeon Bowl and other water related programs.
During that time Caroline Joyce has served in positions at the national level, including 7 years as Content Director for the JASON multimedia science curriculum. In that capacity she worked with product development plans, product testing, and research.

Her educational background includes an education degree from National Louis University and a master's degree from Cardinal Stritch University, where she also earned a doctorate degree in education.
