Rick Flowers has been with the Learning Center as an Outreach Specialist since August 2000. Rick currently works with developing partnerships and collaborations with agencies that serve children receiving Out-of-Home care services. He develops and delivers training programs for those agencies that include Foster parents, Residential and Group Home Workers. Additionally, he works to develop online credits courses within the department.
Rick's years of experience in training, planning and programming include developing leadership training for Quality professionals, designing on-line education programs and developing and managing budgets for non-profit agencies.
