ABOUT ASU

The UWM Anthropology Student Union (ASU) is a student-run, non-profit organization designed to serve the needs and interests of undergraduate and graduate anthropology students. Membership is open to all registered UWM students and alumni. Membership dues are assessed once per academic year and are payable at the first general meeting of the academic year.

To Join:

The Anthropology Student Union (ASU) is open to all students and alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Every undergraduate Anthropology major and graduate student are considered members of the organization, but to reap the benefits of the organization for assitance in presenting at conferences, discounts on fieldtrips, and other ASU functions, there is a membership fee of $5.00 per semester.


ASU Listserv:

The ASU listserv is your link to UWM Anthropology: organizational annoucements, departmental annoucements, book requests, event announcements, internship and job announcements, etc.

If you would like to be added to the ASU listserv, please contact Dr. Bettina Arnold (barnold@uwm.edu) and request to be added to the listserv.
