Richard Meadows, Bob Kaleta and Laura Pedrick to lead a general discussion on possible futures for
online and blended/hybrid instruction at UWM, focusing on the following topics:
- Collaborations with other institutions. What kinds of
conversations are occurring across campus in schools, colleges and
departments around collaborating with other institutions in offering
online/blended degrees?
- Online/blended instruction as part of the university-wide Academic
Planning process that is currently under way as a precursor to
development of a campus master plan. Innovative instructional
technologies (and increases in the adoption of existing technologies)
have profound implications for UWM's future. How do you see online
and blended learning evolving at UWM?
- What innovative tools/technologies/best practices do you see on the horizon?
