• Resource documents: locating some on the web, identifying others that are needed
• Consideration of core component narrative
• Interest in structuring work around a narrative that cites various evidence
• Areas of potential improvement => possible recommendations
  • Consider structures for improved planning, resource allocation, assessment of impacts.
  • Identify some problem areas
• Initial look at revenue and expenditure history is under way
• A summary of the last ten years of development of the HR office is being prepared
