Notes on the February 17tth meeting

Update on data requests

• Approximately 200 requests are out.
• The initial round (chairs and deans) are due back by now. Some are in, rest are being worked up.
• Some data has been requested from in-house data sources.

Relatively short discussion of committee's progress toward the report.

• The committee is moving toward a composite report from the four working groups.
• Tentative target date of second week of March for next round of working group meetings to review progress on the group reports. Bill and Mark will try to have some text by then.
• If all goes well, we may be ready to seek comments from outside the committee by April.
