   • Documents link will be used to post committee's working drafts
   • Blog for discussions within committee
   • Committee members will need to respond to an email from Sue Podgorski to register
   • Laura Pedrick or Sue Podgorski can assist anyone who needs help
2. Discussion about Academic Planning and Budget Committee with Jay Moore (chair of APBC)
• Committee was reinvigorated following last NCA review
• Became active in campus planning since that time (PAR, investment plan)
• Currently getting familiar with academic units
• Campus governance unit wiht which the PFF commitee needs to most closely coordinate
3. Discussion about budget matters with Mike Rupp (Business and Financial Services)
   • Review of different types of fiscal information
   • Budget Reports
     • Uses "fund accounting"
     • Estimates
   • Financial Reports
     • Uses "case basis reporting"
     • Actual expenditures
   • Both reports use similar categorizations
     • Sources
     • Uses (either all funds or state-support)
       • Division: adminstrative unit
       • Program: function (such as instruction, research, etc.)
       • Expenditure classification: kinds of expenditure (salaries, capital expenditures, etc.)
