Dear Colleagues, I'm writing to verify that the attached list of 2004-05 and 2005-06 investments that was presented at our leadership meeting on July 27 has been approved by Chancellor Santiago. Funds will be transferred at the time expenditures are verified (for example, when hires are completed). In addition to the salary, we will again provide $1,500 S&E support for each new filled line designated in the program investments plan. If necessary, please update your school/college recruitment plan accordingly and resubmit to my office. I want to take this opportunity to thank all who contributed to this planning process.
