All academic staff, especially probationary & recurring fixed-term staff The goals of the program address survival skills for new staff, a supportive academic and professional environment, career advancement, and balance in all aspects of employees' lives.
Center for Instructional & Professional Development (CIPD)

Faculty, teaching academic staff and teaching assistants (TA's) Variety of programs designed to enhance the quality of instruction & the student learning experience at UWM & provide professional assistance
Classified Staff Mentoring Program

All classified staff, especially first year employees The goals of the program address survival skills for new staff, a supportive academic and professional environment, career advancement, and balance in all aspects of employees' lives.
Department Chair Network
