Task Force Charge The task force is charged with assessing the strengths and weaknesses of our current general education requirements and proposing recommendations for possible improvements. In this process, it is expected that the task force will familiarize itself with developments taking place in the arena of general education across the country including the LEAP project, learn from best practices, and develop recommendations for the general education program that will serve our students well and prepare them for the 21st century. The progress made by the task force will be included in our progress report to the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, due next spring. |
