Bridgett Kemp manages personnel and recruitment transactions for the Office of the Provost. She provides management and oversight for faculty/staff development programs administered by the Associate Vice Chancellor/Provost's Office.

Some of these projects include faculty tenure/promotion designations; academic staff Indefinite Status designation; faculty/staff Emeritus Status designation; faculty sabbatical program; new faculty/staff orientation program; and the Department Chairpersons orientation program.

She designs and maintains databases for tracking campus recruitment/personnel activities and responds to new and recurring reports/requests for information on personnel activities occurring at the UW-Milwaukee campus. Bridgett Kemp also serves as area personnel representative for the Offices of the Chancellor, Provost, Human Resources, Equity/Diversity Services, and the Roberto Hernendez Center.

A graduate of UW-Stout with a degree in Business Administration, Bridgett Kemp is an avid sports fan (the Milwaukee Bucks and her daughter Britanny's volleyball team!).
