150 Contemporary Chinese Society and Culture. 3 cr. U. Economics, politics, society, people, culture, and the environment in contemporary Chinese life. Representation, interpretations, and practices of Chinese cultures, traditions, and customs.|In English. Prereq: none.
160 A Taste of China: Learning Chinese Culture and Society through Cuisine. 3 cr. U. Cultural, historical, geographical, and sociological influences on Chinese cuisine.|Prereq: none.
