Make an appointment early in the semester so that you are well acquainted with your advisor well before the rush of registration begins for the next semester.

• • African American Student Academic Services is specifically designed to guide African American students through the maze of college requirements. AASAS advisors are skilled professionals who provide academic advising and support to African American students in the College of Letters and Science
  • American Indian Student Services support current and prospective UWM American Indian students with personalized service. These services can help you realize your educational goals and make your UWM experience more fullfiling.
  • Roberto Hernandez Center is committed to increasing the presence of Latinos at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specifically students, faculty and academic staff. The goal is to deliver effectve advising and mentoring to the UWM Latino students by faculty and staff, in order to foster their retention and guide them to expediently complete degree requirements.
  • Southeast Asian Student Academic Services provide recruitment and retention services which are essential in helping Southeast Asian (Cambodian, Hmong, Laotian and Vietnamese) students achieve their educational goals. The support services include academic advising, application for admission assistance, career planning assistance, financial aid assistance, personal counseling and more.
