Show your support for UWM at Legislative Day April 17, 2013
Join fellow UWM alumni, students and other friends of the university as we head to the State Capitol for Legislative Advocacy Day on Wednesday, April 17. The annual event, organized by the UWM Alumni Association's Panther Advocates, offers a unique opportunity to meet with legislators, learn about UWM initiatives and network with fellow alumni at Madison's (located at 119 King St).  

Event timeline:

10:30 a.m.- Attendees from Milwaukee depart from front circle of UWM Union on motor coach
10:50 a.m. - Pick up Waukesha-area alumni at Goerke's Corners in Brookfield.

Noon- Arrive at Wisconsin State Capitol, meet Madison-area alumni. Lunch and welcome remarks

1 p.m.- Meet UWM students & view their research projects in the Capitol Rotunda

2 p.m.- Visits with state legislators and their staff members to promote UWM's agenda.

4:30 p.m.- Reception and refreshments with Madison-area alumni at Madison's (located at 119 King St.)

Madison area alumni are encouraged to meet us in the Capitol Rotunda at noon.
