Get involved with the Transportation Alumni Group
The UW-Milwaukee Transportation Alumni Group (TAG) was created based on a need to organize a more identifiable presence for UWM Transportation Alumni. A goal of the group is to further the relationship between Alumni and the College of Engineering. The group started in early 2008 with only a handful of members. Currently, the group has over 150 active members, and is growing every day.
The UWM TAG has identified goals and objectives, which include advocating for a strong transportation program at UWM, recruiting and training transportation professionals for Wisconsin-based careers, creating research and technology partnerships between the transportation industry and UWM, and leveraging professional development resources. The UWM TAG also serves as a networking conduit for Alumni by way of social events that are held every year.
