Events- Thanks to everyone who attended our alumni networking event at the Black Rose Irish Pub in Milwaukee. It was great to see all the Urban Planning alumni who attended, and enjoyed the networking, along with the beer and free pizza!
- More than 65 Urban Planning alumni and friends attended our second-annual Planning and a Pint event at the Best Place Tavern at the Pabst Brewery in downtown Milwaukee. We heard from a team of panelists who discussed downtown Milwaukee's revitalization, with a focus on the Grand Avenue. Please contact one of our chapter officers with your ideas for locations and topics for our next Planning and a Pint event.
Mentoring Program
We also participate in the SARUP MentPlan Program in which we coordinate volunteer mentors from our alumni chapter with Milwaukee Student Planning Association members. Its purpose is to help advance educational opportunities for current urban planning students. For more details, see a full description of the SARUP MentPlan program.
