Gathering on the Green with Al Jarreau

UWM's School of Education Alumni Chapter invites you to join them for an evening of jazz 
entertainment with Milwaukee's own Al Jarreau. The seven-time Grammy winner returns home for a 7 p.m. performance at Gathering on the Green on Thursday, July 9.
This outdoor concert will be held at Rotary Park, 4000 W. Highland Road in Mequon, Wis. Tickets are $20 for lawn seating and $37 for reserved seating. Lawn admission for children 12 and under is free.
When purchasing tickets using the link below, 100% of ticket sales will benefit the Thomas Cheeks Education Scholarship Fund. Jarreau, himself, created the scholarship fund in 1999 to honor his mentor - the first African-American high school level educator in the MPS system - and provide financial support to UWM students planning careers as teachers. Today, the fund helps facilitate leadership opportunities and role models for students, particularly in urban schools.
