Alumni Email Accounts FAQ
Q: What is this?
A: Through an agreement with Google, UWM alumni can open email accounts with the uwmalumni.com address. As stated earlier, this is an account through Google not through the University or Alumni Association.
Q: How do I initiate this service?
A: First, please fill out the request form on the right. You will be assigned a temporary password within 5 business days. Then go to UWMalumni.com to establish your new account.
Q: How long does it take to activate my new email account?
A: You will receive your temporary password within five business days.
Q: What will my new email address be?
A: Your new email address will be: PANTHERID@uwmalumni.com. If you did not have a PANTHERID, you will be assigned an address based on your name.
Q: I already have another e-mail account. Why should I establish this one?
A: We offer this service to you so you can show your Panther Pride! You can take UWM with you wherever you work or live.
Q: Who do I contact if I have problems with my account?
A: Please contact uwmadmin@uwmalumni.com with concerns regarding your account.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in this program?
A: All UWM graduates.
