Welcome to AOC

The Academic Opportunity Center (AOC), part of Academic Affairs, provides access to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) for students who have academic potential, but whose prior education may not have adequately prepared them for college. The Center provides support services for students to help them develop their academic skills and adjust to university life. Such services include intrusive academic advising and introductory course offerings in English, mathematics, study skills and reading.

Reminders

Stay a step ahead by checking the important dates and checking in with your AOC advisor.
