Our Services
The BATO IT office serves as a conduit of information between the College's and School's and
- University Information Technology Services (UITS), UWM's central IT organization and
- UWM "Core Teams" on technology
Established by the College of Health Sciences, Helan Bader School of Social Welfare, and the School of Education, BATOIT provides hands-on technical support for the College's and School's desktop computers, instructional computer labs, mediated classrooms, and research labs. It also offers a range of academic technology consultation and support services.
Along with our support capabilities, each of the services pages to the left includes links to relevant procedure documents in an effort to simplify the implementation and use of technology within the College.
