Dr. Bhatnagar specializes in marketing on the Web. His current research focuses on consumer information search behavior on the Web, advertising models for the Web, benefits and risks of online shopping, and competition among different retail formats. He also specializes in analyzing supermarket scanner data. He teaches courses on Internet marketing and principles of marketing.
Dr. Bhatnagar is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and INFORMS.
