Areas of Expertise
Dr. France has research interests and expertise in the areas marketing research, database marketing/data mining, customer relationship management (CRM), internet/social media marketing, international marketing, psychometrics in marketing, and supply chain management.


Professional Activities
Dr. France has published papers in IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, and in several referred conference proceedings and book chapters.  He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), INFORMS, the Psychometric Society, and the Classification Society.
