Mr. Healy specializes in multistate taxation with an emphasis in sales and use taxation.

Mr. Healy is the co-author of CCH’s Multistate Corporate Tax Guide. He is also co-author of CCH’s Sales and Use Tax Answer Book and author of CCH’s Surviving a Sales and Use Tax Audit. He is past chair of the WICPA Wisconsin Taxation Committee and past co-chair of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Sampling Study Committee which analyzed the use of sampling in sales and use tax audits. Mr. Healy has served as a member of the Wisconsin Legislative Counsel Special Committee on Property Tax Exemptions. He is a member of the AICPA and the WICPA, and is a past recipient of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation’s Literary Award.
