Dr. Mukhopadhyay specializes in enterprise resource planning (ERP), strategic management of quality, new product development, and supply chain management.

Dr. Mukhopadhyay is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science, and the Production and Operations Management Society. He is a Senior Editor of Production and Operations Management Journal. Dr. Mukhopadhyay has over 15 years of experience in managing design and production activities in a high precision industry. He was instrumental in securing UWM’s membership in the SAP University Alliance Program. He developed a customer satisfaction measurement system for UWM’s Management Research Center and a local utility.
