Professional Activities
Mr. Rausch was one of the founders, a former shareholder and managing officer (now retired) of Rausch, Sturm, Israel & Hornik S.C. now Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik LLC. He was also a former Staff Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. He has taught custom specialized courses for various corporations and trade groups and presented seminars in the areas of employer compliance, employment discrimination laws, real estate and estate planning. He is a member of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council.
