Areas of Expertise
Mr. Rymaszewski specializes in the areas of real estate investment analysis, commercial real estate financing applications, commercial real estate marketing issues and real property valuation considerations. Mr. Rymaszewski is also versed in market feasibility and new development cost/benefit analysis. He has extensive experience in the field of real estate partnership formation, in particular in the areas of property acquisition, structuring and negotiation. Recently he has been active in real estate assessments relating to environmental considerations.

Professional Activities
Mr. Rymaszewski’s past and present licenses and affiliations include: Wisconsin Real Estate Broker, Registered Securities Representative and General Securities Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Certified Review Appraiser with the National Association of Review Appraisers, and Specialist in Real Estate Securities with the Real Estate Securities Syndication Institute. Mr. Rymaszewski has had numerous consulting assignments in the private sector, advising both large and small corporations in the areas of project feasibility, real estate finance, asset liquidation, real estate securitization, and sales management. He currently teaches courses on real estate markets, real estate finance, property development and management, and environmental business issues.
