Graduate Program Services: MS / MBA Academic Advising
Academic Advising is available to all MBA and MS students through the Graduate Program Services office. The academic advisors and other staff coordinate to provide services such as: admission advising and orientation, program counseling, course selection assistance, registration support, and graduation processing. The Graduate Program Services advisors are trained to provide the curricular information and assistance needed for graduate students to make decisions regarding their education.
Advising by Appointment
Because almost 85% of MBA and MS students work full time, the advising staff is aware that traditional office appointments are not always possible. Therefore, students have the option of being advised by office appointments, phone appointments, or via email. Some topics, however, are best suited to office advising.
Walk-in Advising
Appointments are generally recommended, although an advisor may be available to answer "quick" questions. Students with appointments are given priority.
Common Questions
The School's Advising Staff has created a list of Common Questions to give you immediate answers to commonly asked questions.
