Where is the Graduate Program Services advising office located?

Graduate Program Services is located in room N251 of the Lubar Hall at 3202 N. Maryland Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Whom do I call to make an appointment to meet with a graduate advisor?Academic advising is offered through the Graduate Program Services office on an appointment basis. Call (414) 229-5403 to set up an appointment with an academic advisor. Most of our MBA and MS students work full time and the advising staff is aware that traditional office appointments are not always possible. You have the option of being advised by office appointments, phone appointments, or via email at mba-ms@uwm.edu. Some topics, however, are best suited to office advising.

Appointments are necessary to make sure you will be able to meet with an advisor and ask your questions.

The Schedule of Classes is online at www.uwm.edu/schedule/.

A tentative two-year schedule has been developed and will help you plan your course of study. The two-year course schedule is posted online. Courses will be offered following this schedule unless low enrollment prevents offering a course.

Where can I find out about new policies and procedures?

Policies and procedures pertaining to graduate business students can be found on the Administrative Policies website.

In addition to frequent email announcements, the School of Business produces an electronic newsletter twice each year. Taking Care of Business highlights important registration/graduation deadline dates, informs you of recent curricular changes, and keeps you up to date on other activities of interest.
