UWM School Of Business Administration To Offer MBA At UW-Waukesha In Fall 2003

MILWAUKEE - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business Administration will offer its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at UW-Waukesha as of fall 2003.

Part of the UW-Waukesha College Connection program, this cohort, streamlined MBA has been accelerated so that working students will be able to earn a degree in 16 months. The curriculum consists of 36-39 credits, and combines a solid business foundation based on traditional theories with current models and applications in business and technology.

"This is yet another wonderful opportunity for UWM to showcase its dynamic MBA degree program, and for students living and working in the western suburbs of Greater Milwaukee to take advantage of an innovative educational partnership, an excellent curriculum, and a dedicated faculty nationally recognized for their expertise in management theory and practice," says V. Kanti Prasad, dean of the UWM School of Business.

UW-Waukesha Dean Brad Stewart says, "UW-Milwaukee's MBA is a great addition to the College Connection Program. We're extremely pleased that our students, our staff and the citizens of Waukesha now have local access to an even wider variety of quality educational programs."

UW-Waukesha is the largest of the 13 two-year campuses in the University of Wisconsin System.
