Martin Feldstein To Examine Economy at December 6th Bradley Lecture

Martin Feldstein, President & CEO of the National Bureau of Economic Research and the George F. Baker Professor of Economics at Harvard University will speak at the Bradley Distinguished Lecture Series from 12 noon – 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, 333 W. Kilbourn Avenue. He discusses “The U.S. and Global Economy: Looking Ahead.”

Dr. Feldstein served as Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and President Reagan’s chief economic adviser from 1982 through 1984. In 2006, President George W. Bush appointed him to be a member of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. Identified by Business Week and Fortune magazines as one of the nation’s leading economic minds, Dr. Feldstein has helped shape the economic policies of the Bush Administration.

The Bradley Distinguished Lecture Series is co-sponsored by The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business.
