Lubar’s Management Research Ranked 40th Worldwide
Milwaukee, February 9, 2009 -- For the third year in a row, the management faculty at the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business has ranked among the top 40 business schools worldwide for research productivity.
The rankings are based on a joint study by Texas A&M University and the University of Florida that looks at research publications in the top eight management journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal.
“This is another great validation of the strength of our faculty in the organizations and strategic management area,” said Dean V. Kanti Prasad. The area includes 15 outstanding scholars, many of whom serve on the editorial boards of prestigious scholarly journals and are known both nationally and internationally for their expertise.
