"Tribal Leadership in Practice” is the topic of a full-day workshop at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Lubar School of Business Center for Technology Innovation on Friday, September 24, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., in Room N146, Lubar Hall, 3202 N. Maryland Ave., Milwaukee.
In today's uncertain and chaotic business environment, a focus on culture, leadership, and strategy is essential for organizations to survive and thrive. How do group and team leaders integrate these three elements to meaningfully and purposefully lead people? Tribal Leadership! "Tribal Leadership: Leveraging Natural Groups To Build a Thriving Organization" is the result of a 10-year, 24,000 person organizational research study on how leaders leverage natural groups to build thriving organizations. This workshop explores how group and team leaders can immediately practice Tribal Leadership to achieve impactful results.
This workshop is for group and team leaders (in business and technology), product and project management professionals (product leaders and managers and project leaders and managers), product engineering/development professionals (technology leaders and managers), and other team members.
The presenter, Sinan Si Alhir, is a practitioner with over 20 years of proven experience in transforming organizations/enterprises by synergizing business and technology around proven industry-recognized and organization-tailored principle-based practices. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and Scrum Master and is the author of three books.
