Management of Human Resources
This track is geared toward providing managers with the human resource management skills and tools necessary to manage an increasingly diverse work force. In particular, this track provides managers with an understanding of the best methods for selecting, appraising, developing and training employees. Critical issues regarding diversity in the workplace, labor relations, and employment law are also stressed. It is intended for general managers who seek to develop human resource skills, understand employment law, and/or work in a union environment.
