Program Highlights
Peer InteractionA key element of the Executive MBA Program is the opportunity to interact with other managers. The admission policy ensures that each class consists of competent, highly motivated executives drawn from diverse industries and organizations. Since the same group of students/managers remains together for the entire two-year program, the class becomes close-knit. Many in-class exercises are designed to foster cooperation among the participants, creating a supportive environment in which to discuss business opportunities and strategies.
A Problem-Solving ApproachA varied curriculum includes lecture and discussion, student team presentations, role playing, computer-based instruction, and integrated case studies. Students become familiar with the case-study method, the intermeshing of business disciplines, and team decision-making. During case-study sessions, students - with their employers' permission - bring actual examples from the workplace to the academic arena. Students work together, applying their combined experience, to solve management problems.
Careers Stay on TrackThe alternating Friday and Saturday class schedule allows participants to continue their careers while they master a broad range of managerial and technical skills. These skills can be applied immediately to real workplace situations. Graduates of the Executive MBA Program are identified as motivated, educated professionals who are positioned for career advancement.
